1. Scope and acceptance

These terms of use apply to the use of the Medilango app and website. By using the service or registering an account, you accept these terms.

2. Service

Medilango is a directory that helps you find doctors in Austria who speak your language. Medilango is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Listings are for information only; verification does not constitute a recommendation.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful information and not to misuse the platform. You are responsible for any content you post yourself (e.g. posts or reactions in communities). Misuse may lead to suspension of the account.

4. Content and moderation

Doctors are themselves responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and the content of their community. We are entitled, but not obliged, to review content and to remove unlawful content or content violating these terms, or to suspend accounts.

5. Liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listings, nor uninterrupted availability of the app. We are liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence; liability for personal injury and mandatory statutory liability remain unaffected.

6. Final provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
